This snack has been life folks! It’s helped me let go of my hummus addiction and stay on track with Whole30. Plus, once you make the cashew cheese, whipping up this delicious snack is easy and fast. Simply halve the mini sweet peppers and fill with small spoonfuls of the Everything Bagel Cashew Cheese.
Everything Bagel Cashew Cheese Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers
Mini sweet peppers have just the right amount of crunch for a tasty afternoon snack. Topped with Everything Bagel Cashew Cheese, they're heaven!
Instructions
- Halve the mini sweet peppers and fill with the cashew cheese.
- Sprinkle with more Everything Bagel Seasoning and serve immediately.
