When I found out about the Wizard World event coming to Sacramento, I was so excited to take the kids — especially with “Agent Carter” and “The Winter Soldier” in attendance. Then, when the PR team for the Sacramento event reached out and offered us free tickets to check out the show and feature it on this blog, I was even more excited to save the $40+/person ticket price.
But then I realized that the Wizard World Sacramento event is at the same time as one of our family vacations and we can’t go. *Sad Face*

Wizard World comic and gaming con events bring together thousands of fans of all ages to celebrate the best in pop-fi, pop culture, movies, graphic novels, cosplay, comics, television, sci-fi, toys, video gaming, gaming, original art, collectibles, contests and more.

Wizard World is also the place for cosplay, with fans young and old showing off their best costumes throughout the three-day event. Fans dressed as every imaginable character — and some never before dreamed — will roam the convention floor. The famed Wizard World Sacramento Costume Contest will take place on Saturday night.
