Third Street Aleworks, Santa Rosa

Third Street Aleworks in Santa Rosa

After eight days straight days of road tripping, tailgating, trail eating, and picnicking, we were ready for a warm, delicious meal. When traveling, breweries, pubs, and burger joints are our go to choices because Brian loves beer, we all can find something we love on the menu, and they usually create the fewest food issues for me.

As we neared Santa Rosa, I began searching for Santa Rosa restaurants to find us a great place to stop and I discovered an awesome brewery and restaurant that we loved!

Third Street Ale Works is an award-winning brewery, brewpub, and restaurant right in the heart of Santa Rosa.

This brewery and restaurant serves a wide variety of craft ales brewed in-house and American comfort food, including pizza, pasta, burgers and sliders, sandwiches, soup and salad, tater tots and fries, and all sorts of other delicious pub fare.

With a large main restaurant area, long bar, a heated outdoor patio, and an upstairs balcony seating area, you can have whatever dining experience you want. Plus, if you have a dog, bring them along — the patio is pet-friendly and they even have a dog menu.

Our Dining Experience

We arrived just before the dinner rush and were greeted by a nice hostess with a smile and seated right away. Our server was attentive and friendly and the food arrived fast and correct, even though we made special requests and modifications, which was refreshing!

Brian ordered a pizza and beer, I had a burger and fries, Natalie ordered sliders and root beer float, and Carter just had french fries — and we all cleaned our plates happily.

The beer and the food were fantastic and we highly recommend Third Street Ale Works if you’re looking for a restaurant in Santa Rosa and you’re a beer (or comfort food) lover.
